3. Coupon Verification and Accuracy

We are committed to delivering the best deals and have implemented both automated and manual coupon verification systems. However, due to the large number of platforms we aggregate from and the dynamic nature of deals (which frequently expire or change), we cannot guarantee:

  • The accuracy of all coupon codes
  • The availability of deals at the time of use
  • The validity of promotional offers
  • The success of coupon applications

5.2 Claim and Reward Approval

Important: Claim and reward approval is only processed after our commission is confirmed and approved by the partner store. We reserve the right to reject or modify claims in the following circumstances:

  • User did not complete purchase through our affiliate links
  • Link or coupon failure during transaction
  • Order cancellation, returned or failure
  • Order rejection by the merchant
  • Changes in commission rates by partner stores

5.3 Reward Processing

Once rewards are credited to your Listrove wallet, you can redeem them for gift cards. Processing time for gift card redemption may take up to 1 month from the date of redemption request.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating accounts and submitting claims
  • Not engage in fraudulent activities or abuse of the reward system
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

For any disputes arising from the use of our services, we will not take any liability. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Transaction disputes with merchants
  • Reward claim rejections or modifications
  • Gift card redemption delays

  • Financial losses from using our services
